SMAC- Bronze I with Maureen & Michael
Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before they get in!
Warmup with 6 x 25 drill- odds are ra2 la2 free drill, evens are double arm back drill

Review...
4 x 25 fist free drill
4 x 25 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke drill
4 x 25 kick free on back with 5 FAST underwater dolphin kicks off each wall.
1:00 rest
Break into two groups- one with newer members of the group, one with returning members
One group get right to breaststroke pull with freestyle kick drill, while the other group works more on freestyle breathing, streamlining, etc...
Finish up with work on flip turns (start with somersaults at mid-pool, then get into free-flip-to-back turns from mid-pool).
Everybody do an excellent job with their HW tonight & work on their breaststroke kick in front of the big mirror at home. Have a great day!
