DISTANCE - written for scm
400 swim freestyle
1:00 rest
12 x 75 @ :10 rest as follows:
2- drill/drill/kick by 25's - kick is fly on side;
2- kick/swim-build to FAST/kick - kick is on back;
1 x 450 pull w/buoy only, br 3/5/7 by 50's
1:00 rest
From the middle of the pool:
Work on turns - move in on the wall FAST, flip ONTO BACK with feet shoulder's width apart; good leg drive off the wall & aggressive dolphin kick off the wall.
200 easy choice skulling before you get out.
Do an excellent job on your HW tonight and get excited for BIG kicking tomorrow. Have a great day!
