DISTANCE - written for scm
400 swim freestyle
1:00 rest
16 x 50 kick @ :10 rest
2- kick choice on back - mix it up;
2- kick free w/board
1:00 rest
12 x 2-turn 50's free @ :15 rest, working on freestyle turns
4- free to back;
4- free, :4 dolphin kicks on back, then break out free;
4- regular freestyle, be sure to flip onto back, push off, THEN twist onto stomach
200 easy loosen before you get out.
