400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest
5 x 50 swim/kick by 25's @ 1:00
300 pull br 3/5/7 by 50's
1:00 rest - get HR
5 x 50 swim/kick by 25's @ :55
300 pull br 3/5/7 by 50's
1:00 rest - get HR
4 x 50 swim/kick by 25's @ :50
300 pull br 3/5/7 by 50's
1:00 rest - get HR immediately & OML
4 x 100 @ 3:00 kick choice desc 1-4 to something JUICY!
Work on turns from the middle of the pool, then 200 ez loosen = 3500 scm (approximately). Do an excellent job on your HW today and get excited for a great winter! Have a great day!
