DISTANCE - written for scm
400 swim freestyle
200 reverse IM - each 50 is drill/swim by 25's
1:00 rest
4 sets of:
3 x 50 kick @ 1:05 (2nd set @ 1:00; 3rd set @ 1:05; 4th set @ :55)
6 x 25 @ :50
odds- swim build to FAST;
evens- LUNGBUSTER!
No rest between sets.
After 4th set, finish up with:
1 x 600 pull br 3/5/7 by 50's with buoy only.
200 easy choice loosen = 2600 scm.
