Warmup- remind them about streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kicks before they get in!
6 x 25 ra2 la2 freestyle drill @ :10 rest
With kickboards:
Work on breaststroke kick (on deck first, then in the pool with boards).
On Deck- review breaststroke pull ("outside the shoulders, then sweep elbows in front of your belly")
8 x 25 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke drill
Finish up with kickboard races.
Remind everybody to bring in their interim progress reports, and do a great job with their homework. Have a great day!
