200 swim freestyle with flip turns & tight streamlined pushoffs!
100 reverse IM drill

WORK ON FLIP TURNS
- remember, blow the air out your nose SLOWLY
- dolphin kick underwater
- pull with your arm that faces the bottom of the pool as you roll from your back to your side to your stomach
KICKING
8 x 50 kick with board, breaststroke/choice by 25's @ 1:30
1:00 rest
Finish up with...
Work on butterfly drills ("blow it out the back" and breathing drills)
