400 reverse IM -each 100 is drill/kick choice by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
8 x 200 @ :20 rest
odds- 50 drill 50 swim freestyle, 50 drill 50 swim NO FREE
evens- kick negative split
8 x 50 pull free br 4/2 @ :45 - long, smooth stroke
1:00 rest
With fins, 3 sets of:
3 x 50 drill choice breaststroke @ 1:00
3 x 75 swim breaststroke w/choice kick, desc 1-3 to what you can @ 1:30
No rest between sets.
Finish up with...
1 x 400 50 choice, 50 breaststroke - build 2nd 25 to strong
3 starts before you go. Eat well, drink lots of water during the day. Have a great day!
