200 easy choice skulling

2 x 200 @ :20 rest - 50 ra2 la2 free, 50 50 easy kick choice
2 x 200 @ :20 rest - 50 swim free br 3, 50 choice drill NO FREE
2 x 200 @ :20 rest - 50 easy choice kick, 50 swim breast/back by 25's
12 x 50 @ :55 swim easy freestyle br 3 w/great turns & breakouts
4 x 150 @ :15 rest - 75 swim backstroke, 50 swim breaststroke, 25 fly kick on side
1 x 400 pull free br 3/5/3/7 by 50's - NO PADDLES
