400 reverse IM - each 100 is kick/drill/swim/drill by 25's
200 easy choice skulling

odds- 50 catch-up free drill, 50 choice drill NO FREE
evens- 50 choice drill/swim by 25's, 50 kick - breast kick on back or fly side kick on side
8 x 25 @ :40
odds- 1/2 kick FAST 1/2 backstroke drill
evens- 1/2 swim FAST choice then drill to the end
1:00 rest

3 x 50 swim/kick by 25's @ 1:00
1 x 150 swim free br 3 @ 2:00
3 x 50 swim free/NO FREE @ :55
