200 easy choice skulling

1-3: 50 fist free br 3, 25 fly kck on side - control kick from hips
4-6: 50 6 kicks 1 pull backstroke, 25 breast kick on back
7-9: 50 kick free on back, ez/FAST by 25's, then 25 choice drill
No rest between sets of 9. After #18, continue right into...
18 x 50 as follows:

1- swim free br 3 @ :45
2- swim/kick by 25's @ :55
1- swim free/NO FREE by 25's @ :45
