Uh, my grandfather had SPAM for dinner last night.

400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
3 x 10 minute swims, @ 1:00 rest - 1 pull, 1 swim, 1 kick
With fins, until it's time to go:
2 x 25 drill @ :40
1 x 50 swim - 25 build to FAST, 25 all out FAST, @ :10 rest
2 starts before you go. Do an excellent job in school today, eat well. Have a great day!
