Good news - last morning for a while!
Bad news - I'm going to have to get in for a while this morning!
400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/choice kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
16 x 75 in sets of 4:
4- 50 offside freestyle breathing drill, 25 breast kick on back @ 1:20
4- 50 choice breaststroke drill, 25 fly kick on side @ 1:20
4- 50 1/2 ra back, 1/2 la back, 25 swim breaststroke @ 1:20
4- swim free/NO FREE/free by 25's @ 1:10
4 x 300 pull free - paddles on even 300's only, @ 4:15
With fins:
15 x 25's @ :40
1- 1/2 FAST 1/2 easy; 2- all drill; 3- build to all out FAST
Finish with starts before you go. This afternoon will be kicking, and some sort of speed set. Have a great day!
