SPRINTERS - written for scy

400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/drill/swim/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
1 x 300 - 50 fist free drill, 50 choice drill/swim by 25's
:20 rest
1 x 300 - 50 offside breathing drill, 50 choice drill/swim by 25's
:20 rest
6 x 75 swim free @ 1:10 - good turns & breakouts, roll hips
2 x 300 pull free @ :20 rest - choice of equipment
1:00 rest
8 x 50 drill/swim by 25's @ 1:00 - NO FREE
6 x starts w/GOOD breakouts
400 easy loosen, choice drill or pull = 3500 scy. Do an excellent job with your HW tonight, get excited for the meet, and enjoy finally getting to shave! Have a great day!
