Review streamlined pushoffs & underwater dolphin kick before getting in.
4 x 25 @ :10 rest- ra2 la2 free drill
4 x 50 @ :20 rest- 1/2 ra backstroke drill, 1/2 la backstroke drill, then FAST free kick on back, by 25's
1:00 rest
Review one breaststroke drill- your choice
Review breaststroke kick on back
With fins:
Review fly drilling, focusing on the breathing motion ("lift & drop" in one motion)
If there is time, get some sort of FAST kicking in (I'd prefer that over starts; you can do starts on Wednesday and next Monday).
Everybody do an excellent job with your HW tonight & practice your breaststroke kick in front of the big mirror at home. Have a great day!
