BH- written for lcy
2 sets of:
8 x 50 @ :55 choice swim, except #'s 3 & 6 are choice kick
1 x 400 @ 6:00- 100 swim moderate free br 3/5 by 50's, 50 swim NO FREE choice, 50 kick choice, 1st 18 yards are build to strong
1 x 400 @ 6:00- 150 swim IM- each 50 is 1/2 swim 1/2 drill, then 50 kick choice- 10 yards FAST, 15 yards easy, 10 yards FAST, 15 yards easy
1:00 rest between sets, check HR
2400 total lcy; I would recommend about 3800-4000 lcy today. Hope everybody is getting excited for the meet, have a great day.
