BH- written for lcy

6 sets of (100's swim/kick are either free or back)
3 x 100 swim/kick by 50's @ 2:15, desc 1-3 to something strong (about 85%, not more than 90%)
1 x 100 swim all out FAST (2 sets fly, 2 sets back, 2 sets breaststroke)
2 x 50 drill @ 1:15- same stroke as the 100 swim FAST
No additional rest between sets.
Finish up with...
16 x 50 kick @ 1:15- 1 easy, 1 FAST (go 4 x 50 FAST kick on back, 4 x 50 FAST kick with board)
