400 easy choice kick
1:00 rest
3 sets of:
3 x 150 kick choice - 2nd 50 is NO FREE, all @ :15 rest
6 x 50 kick @ :55- 5 FAST underwater dolphin kicks off each wall (@ :50 in 2nd set, @ :45 in 3rd set)
3 x 100 choice kick (all the same kick), descend 1-3 to what you can
1:00 rest between sets, check HR after each set
100 easy loosen before you get out = 3550 scy
