After warmup...
1 x 400 - 50 fist free drill, 50 drill NO FREE
:20 rest
1 x 400- 50 swim free, 50 drill/swim by 25's NO FREE (can be different stroke than 1st 400)
:20 rest
1 x 400 - 50 swim back, 50 2 fly/2 breast drill
:20 rest
1 x 400- 50 swim fly/breast by 25's, 50 choice kick negative split
1:00 rest, check HR immediately & OML
6 x 150 pull free @ 2:10 br 4/2 on 2nd 75 or with snorkel
1 x 400 kick IM order - choice on back or with board, but each 100 is negative split
1:00 rest
With fins:
24 x 25 @ :40 in 6 sets of 4 as follows:
1- swim 1/2 FAST 1/2 drill
2- swim build to FAST
3- kick all FAST
4- LUNGBUSTER @ :20
200 easy drill after #24 = 4700 scy
