After warmup...
6 x 50 @ :10 rest - ra2 la2 free drill
4 x 100 @ :10 rest, 50 swim easy free, 50 kick choice on back
14 x 50 @ :55 as follows:
odds- swim/drill free - drill is fist, count strokes on both 25's
evens- drill/swim by 25's NO FREE
1:00 rest, check HR
Finish up with...
6 x 100 pull free w/snorkel @ 1:35 - roill hips, finish stroke
200 drill = 3200 scy
Stretch today, drink lots of water and wear your sunscreen if you have to be outside. I would do some core work with your drylands this month - not power, but core work and legs. Tomorrow will be 3500, and we'll keep it there this week. Have a great day, I miss being there on deck with you!
