600 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is kick/drill by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
1 x 1000 as follows:
50 catch-up free drill w/overkick
50 kick on back - 25 @ 85%, 25 all out
50 breast pull w/free kick
50 easy choice skulling
5 times through = 1000
1:00 rest
36 x 25 @ :40, as follows:
1- FAST fly kick on side
2 & 3- swim backstroke w/great tempo & firm, small kick - go to a foot touch, then stop
4- LUNGBUSTER
5 & 6 - kick FAST w/board
6 times through
200 easy loosen after #36 = 3200 scy. Do an excellent job in class today, eat well and drink plenty of water. Have a great day!
