400 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 50 1/2 drill, 1/2 kick
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
2 sets of:
2 x 200 @ :20 rest - 50 - 1/2 swim 1/2 drill, 50 1/2 drill 1/2 kick
6 x 50 swim free br 4/2 @ :55
1:00 rest between sets - get HR immediately after each set
After 2nd set, finish up with...
5 x 100 @ 2:30 - 25 swim FAST FAD, 25 drill, 50 kick choice
300 pull free br 4/2 = 3200 LCM. Stretch today if you can, drinky plenty of fluids and keep napping - only two more boring days! Have a great day!
