400 reverse IM - each 50 is 1/2 drill 1/2 kick choice
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
18 x 50 in 3 sets of 6:
2- drill choice free
1- kick
2- choice drill NO FREE
1- kick
2 x 300 pull free br 4/2 @ :20 rest
1:00 rest
10 x 50 @ 1:20
odds- swim build to FAST at blue line, then drill to the end;
evens- FAST dolphin kick breakout, then swim dist per stroke to the end.
