4 x 150 @ :15 rest - 50 swim free br 4/2, 100 drill/swim by 25's NO FREE
4 x 75 @ :15 rest - 50 drill, :10 rest, 25 swim build to FAST finish
1:00 rest
12x 50 swim choice - 3 @ :55, 1 @ :45
1:00 rest
Starts - let's go 6 or 8, then finish up with a 200 easy loosen = 3200 scy. Drink lots of water today. Have a great day!
