400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick choice
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
3 x 100 @ :10 rest - 50 ra2 la2 freestyle, 50 choice drill NO FREE
3 x 100 @ :10 rest - 50 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke, 50 fly kick on side
3 x 100 @ :10 rest - 50 choice backstroke drill, 50 swim back/free by 25's
3 x 300 pull free @ :20 rest - with paddles @ #2
1:00 rest
3 sets of:
2 x 50 swim @ :50
2 x 75 swim @ 1:15 - no free on 2nd 25
6 x 25 swim dps - choice stroke @ :40, desc stroke count 1-3
No rest between sets.
