A.M. workout
52.6 - Junior cut - CONGRATULATIONS EC!
400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
200 easy skulling
1:00 rest
3 sets of:
2 x 75 @ :15 rest - 50 offside freestyle drill, 25 breast kick on back
2 x 75 @ 1:20 - 50 swim long, relaxed freestyle, 25 choice drill NO FREESTYLE
400 pull freestyle br 3/7 by 50's - one set can be 8 x 50's pull @ :45 if you'd like
1:00 rest between sets.
Work on turns; finish with...
12 x 2-turn 50's @ 1:05
