A.M. workout
400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/swim by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
6 x 100 @ :20 rest, 50 easy breaststroke kick on back, 50 choice drill NO FREE
8 x 50 @ :55 - 25 free, 25 choice - kick, drill, swim, skull, your choice
1:00 rest
3 sets of (only 2 sets with paddles):
3 x 150 pull free br 2/4/6 by 50's @ 2:10
5 x 50 swim/drill by 25's @ 1:00 -desc stroke count on the 25 swim
No rest between sets.
Work on starts until 6:55 a.m. Eat well today, drink lots of water and get excited for the meet tomorrow. Have a great day!
