400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/swim by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
3 sets of:
3 x 50 choice freestyle drill @ 1:00
4 x 1/2 pool sprints @ :30
1 x 200 choice swim or pull @ 3:00
By 6:05 a.m., start the following - can you go any :39's?
16 x 100 @ 3:00
75- FAST from a dive
25- drill
