SPRINTERS - written for scy
A.M. workout (meet warmup)
400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/swim/drill/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
12 x 75 @ :15 rest as follows:
2- 50 fist free, 25 fly kick on side
2- 50 offside breathing drill, 25 breast kick on back
2- 50 swim smooth relaxed freestyle - roll hips, finish stroke, 25 choice NO FREE
15 x 50 @ :55 as follows:
3- swim/drill freestyle by 25's - build to a FAST turn, then drill the 2nd 25
2- swim/drill choice NO FREE by 25's - same as above
1:00 rest - get HR
Work on starts, trying to breakout FAST
Warmdown before you get out. Make sure you eat and drink plenty of water on the way to the meet. Great job this week! Enjoy the meet!
