SMAC- Bronze with Maureen & Hannah
Review streamlined pushoffs & 5 FAST underwater dolphin kicks with everybody before they get in!
WARMUP:
6 x 50 @ :10 rest- 25 freestyle kick on back, 25 choice drill NO FREESTYLE
Review:
1/2 ra 1/2 la backstroke drill- head still, rotate hips, firm steady kick
2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke drill- squeeze feet together & glide after each kick, head down at the end of each stroke
With fins:
FLY DRILLING- try 4 x 25's at a time for each drill
- "lift & drop"
- "lift & drop" w/arm stoke
- 3 kicks pull drill
- regular fly swim
Remind everybody to practice their breaststroke kick in front of the big mirror at home, and to do an outstanding job on their HW tonight. Have a great day!
