After 400/400/200,
9 x 400 @ :20 rest in sets of 3 as follows:
1- IM, swim/kick by 50's
2- 4 x 100 kick on back negative split (1st round @ 1:35, 2nd @ 1:30, 3rd set @ 1:25)
3- pull free w/snorkel desc 1-3 to something JUICY
Check HR after each 400 pull, and OML after #9
200 easy dril = 4800 scy
