EC - great job yesterday!

After warmup...
4 x 50 @ :10 rest offside breathing free drill
2 x 125 @ :15 rest- 50 choice drill NO FREE or back, 50 breast kick on back, 25 choice skulling
6 x 75 @ :15 rest 50 choice backstroke drill, 25 swim backstroke build your tempo
1 x 900 - 200 pull free br 4/2 on even 50's if no snorkel, then 100 kick, swim back or drill IM
12 x 50 swim @ :55
odds- swim dps free
evens- swim choice
1:00 rest, check HR immediately & OML
With fins:
24 x 25 @ :45 - the usual
12 x 25 @ :45 breaststroke tempo drill - we can switch up the 25's anyway you'd like, as long as we get enough sets of 4 (the usual) and breaststroke tempo work in
200 drill = 4500 scy.
