EC - if anything feels too hard, we can increase the intervals!

After warmup...
6 x 50 @ :15 rest-
odds- offside breathing free drill
evens- choice drill
4 x 200 @ :20 rest
odds- 50 choice free drill, 50 swim free, 100 drill/swim by 25's NO FREE
evens- 100 choice kick, 100 IM - each 25 is 1/2 swim 1/2 drill
8 x 50 swim choice @ :55
1:00 rest, check HR
4 x 75 @ 1:45 as follows:
25 kick choice w/FAST breakout then easy to the end, 25 choice drill, :10 rest, 25 swim 1/2 FAST 1/2 dps
1 x 400 pull free w/choice equipment
4 x 25 from a dive (drill back for 200 yd total) as follows:
2- FAST breakout, then easy to the end
2- build to FAST turn
200 drill = 3600 scy.
