800 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/swim/drill/choice kick by 25's
1:00 rest
4 x 50 choice freestyle drill @ 1:00
4 x 50 @ 1:00 - 25 breast pull w/free kick, 25 breast kick on back by 25's
4 x 125 @ 2:15 - 50 2 fly/2 breast drill, 25 swim fly, 50 swim negative split free br 3
6 x 600 swim free desc 1-3 @ :30 rest, 4-6 @ 9:00 - #'s 3 & 6 should be juicy
12 x 50 kick FAST @ 1:15 - all as FAST as you can go
200 easy loosen = 6500 scy
Eat well today, have plenty of water throughout the day. Off tomorrow, then Thursday Morning at 7 a.m. at the RAC (Friday back here at regular time). Have a great day!
