400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's

6 x 75 @ :10 rest - 50 choice drill NO FREE, 25 breast kick on back
3 x 150 @ :15 rest - 50 ra2 la2 free drill, 25 fly kick on side
12 x 50 swim @ :55
2- free br 3
1- free/NO FREE by 25's
1- swim/kick free by 25's
2 x 300 pull free @ :20 rest - br 3 for 100, then br 5 for 50
1:00 rest
1 x 500 kick choice - mix it up if you'd like, with good breakouts throughout.
200 easy choice = 4000 scy
