800 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick/drill/swim by 25's
1:00 rest
6 x 150 @ :15 rest
odds- 50 fist free drill, 25 fly kick on side
evens- 50 2 fly/2 breast drill, 25 breast kick on back
1:00 rest - get HR immediately & OML
10 sets of:
3 x 50 swim free br 3 @ :55
1 x 50 swim/kick by 25's NO FREE
200 easy loosen after 10th set = 4300 scy.
Eat well today, stay hydrated and try to stretch tonight after your classes. Tomorrow some bigger kicking if you're feeling up to it. Have a great day!
