800 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest
14 x 100 @ :15 as follows:
odds- 50 drill, 50 kick
evens- swim free br 3
18 x 50 @ :55
2- swim free br 3
1- swim/kick by 25's
1 x 500 pull free br 3
200 easy loosen = 4200 scy.
