SPRINTERS - written for scy

400 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick/drill/fly kick on side
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
3 sets of:
14 x 25 @ :10 rest - odds are drill, evens are swim dps
1 x 400* pull free br 4/2 w/choice of equipment OR swim backstroke
*In 2nd set, go 1 x 600 pull free or swim back; in 3rd set, go 1 x 800 pull free or swim back
1:00 rest between sets.
150 easy loosen = 4000 scy. 2 starts before you leave. 4 workouts until we rest. Have a great day!
