400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
4 x 75 @ :15 rest - 50 choice free drill, 25 breast kick on back
4 x 75 @ :15 rest - 50 2 kicks 1 pull breast drill, 25 choice kick
4 x 75 @ :15 rest - 25 ra backstroke drill, 25 la backstroke drill, 25 swim backstroke
4 x 300 pull free br 4/2 @ :20 rest - change equipment after each 300
1:00 rest
With fins, finish up with:
21 x 50 drill @ 1:00 - switch strokes after sets of 3 x 50's
200 easy loosen = 4350 scy. Have a great day!
