Lots of drilling this morning, recovery from yesterday
400 swim relaxed freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/breast kick on back
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
All @ :15 rest unless otherwise noted:
4 x 75 - 50 choice backstroke drill, 25 fly kick on side
2 x 200 drill/swim backstroke by 50's
6 x 50 swim free @ :50
8 x 25 - odds are easy kick choice on back; evens are 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke
8 x 75 - 50 drill/swim breaststroke, 25 swim backstroke
6 x 50 swim free @ :50
4 x 75 swim back/breast/back by 25's
7 x 100 pull free br 4/2 with choice equipment @ 1:35
2 starts before you warmdown - get at least a 200 in before you get out. Stretch today and drink plenty of water. Have a great day!
