3 x 200 @ :20 rest drill/swim by 25's - count strokes on swim 25's, desc that # 1-4
4 x 50 offside breathing drill @ :10 rest
4 x 50 fist free drill br 4/2 @ 1:00
6 x 75 swim NO FREE/free br 4-2/NO FREE by 25's @ 1:10
1:00 rest
2 x 150 @ 1:50 swim free br 4/2
1 x 300 swim free br 4/2 @ 3:40
2 x 150 @ 1:50 swim free br 4/2
1 x 300 swim free br 4/2 @ 3:30
