600 swim freestyle - mix in some drilling here
1:00 rest
6 x 50 @ :10 rest - 25 catch-up free with big kick, 25 choice drill NO FREE
4 sets of:
2 x 75 @ 1:30 - 50 swim free br 3, 25 swim NO FREE - same stroke as you drilled above
1 x 50 kick ez/FAST by 25's @ 1:15
2 x 25 kick FAST @ :45 - or 1 x 50 kick FAST
1:00 rest between sets.
Easy 200 pull free br 3/5 by 50's = 2100 scy.
