12 x 50 @ :55 swim free br 3 - evens are neg. split; good head position, roll hips, steady kick!
12 x 50 @ :55 - 25 swim free br 3, 25 kick choice - change kick after every third 50
300 - 50 choice skulling - mix it up here, 50 choice drill breaststroke
