1 x 200 - 50 SLOW catch-up free with head at 45 degrees, 50 choice skulling
:20 rest
1 x 200 - 50 fist free br 3 with head at 45 degrees, 50 choice kick on side
:20 rest
1 x 200 - 50 ra2 la2 free, 50 swim free br 3 - both with steady kick & head at 45 degrees
:20 rest
4 x 25 kick FAST on back @ :45
4 x 50 swim free br 3 - head at 45 degrees, steady kick - @ :55
4 x 25 kick FAST on back @ :40
