400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/drill/swim/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
2 sets of:
1 x 200 drill/breast kick on back/drill/fly kick on side by 50's
:15 rest
2 x 100 @ 1:45 - 50 ra2 la2 free, 50 choice breaststroke drill
1 x 200 - as above
:15 rest
4 x 50 @ 1:00 25 ra backstroke, 25 la backstroke
After 2nd set....
8 x 50 pull free br 4/2 @ :55
3000 scy. Make sure you wear your sunscreen today; be sure to have plenty of water after each lesson. Have a great day!
