400 reverse IM - each 100 is drill/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
16 x 50 @ :10 rest:
1-4, ra2la2 free, choice kick on back by 25's
5-8, catch-up freestyle drill, choice breaststroke drill by 25's
9-12, 6 kicks 1 stroke backstroke
13-16, choice kick
4 x 400 @ :20 rest
1&2 are pull w/choice equipment br 4/2; 3 & 4 are choice, can be some type of backstroke
1:00 rest
With fins, finish up with...
12 x 75 @ 1:30 - breast pull w/choice kick, desc 1-3's to what you can.
