600 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - each 100 is swim/drill/swim/kick by 25's
200 easy choice skulling
1:00 rest
2 sets of:
2 x 75 drill/drill/kick by 25's @ 1:20 1st back, 2nd set breaststroke
2 x 125 swim as follows: fly/free/back/free/breast, by 25's @ 2:00
6 x 100 swim free br 3 - 2 @ 1:35, 1 @ 1:20
1:00 rest between sets.
With fins, 6 sets of:
4 x 25 drill PERFECT @ :35
3 x 50 swim desc 1-3 to FAST @ 1:00
No rest between sets.
2 sets of:
8 x 25 swim FAST for :08 w/no breathing - SYFO here!
200 easy IM drill/kick by 25's
1:00 rest between sets.
200 easy loosen = 5700 scm. Do an outstanding job on your HW today and make sure you have plenty to do while at the meet. We'll swim regular workout tomorrow afternoon at 4 pm at the pool (4300 or so), then prelims on Thursday for the 200 Fly. Get pumped up for the meet & have a great day!
