DISTANCE - written for scm
Good job yesterday - concentrate on consistent head position & using your legs to generate power, not your arms.
600 swim freestyle
400 reverse IM - drill/drill/swim/kick by 25's
1:00 rest
18 x 75 as follows:
3- 50 drill, 25 swim, descend the swim 1-3 to smoking fast - all fly, @ 1:30
3- swim freestyle br 3 on #1, then br 5 @ #2, then br 7 @ #3, all @ 1:10
1:00 rest - put fins on
With fins, 3 sets of:
9 x 25 @ :40 - 1 drill, 1 swim FAST, 1 LUNGBUSTER
6 x 50 swim descend 1-3, 4-6 to FAST @ 1:00
No rest between sets.
6 x 400 swim negative split freestyle br 3 @ 5:40
21 x 50 kick - 2 @ :55, 1 @ :45
