6 x 125 @ :20 rest
50 fist free br 3, 50 2 kicks 1 pull breaststroke, 25 fly kick on side
6 x 175 @ :20 rest
100 - 50 swim ez/FAST by 25's breaststroke, 50 kick choice ez/FAST by 25's, 75 swim free br 3
3 x 600 pull free br 3/5/7/9 by 50's @ :20 rest - good hip rotation, finish stroke, desc 600's 1-3
1:00 rest


3 sets of:
8 x 75 swim free br 3 - 2 @ 1:15, 1 @ 1:05
3 x 100 swim free br 3 @ 1:20 (might be challenging scm!)


Finish up with 1 x 300 ez loosen = 7200 scm
